Sit on a balance ball and lift a weighted ball with your hands. This exercise builds your arm muscles and helps you improve your balance and core strength at the same time.

Weighted Seated Bicep Curl (on Stability Ball) demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the ball with your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.
  2. 2Hold the medicine ball with your palms facing up. Let your arms hang down by your sides.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still. Breathe out and lift the ball up toward your shoulders.
  4. 4Stop for a second at the top and squeeze your arm muscles.
  5. 5Breathe in and slowly lower the ball back down to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
