Push-up Medicine Ball

This is a harder version of a normal push-up. Instead of putting your hands on the floor, you put them on a heavy ball called a medicine ball. This makes your chest, arms, and tummy work much harder to keep you steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up position, but place both hands on the medicine ball instead of the floor.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles and keep your body as straight as a board.
  3. 3Slowly lower your chest toward the ball by bending your elbows.
  4. 4Push hard against the ball to straighten your arms and go back to the start.
