This standing exercise helps strengthen your chest muscles. You hold a medicine ball and push it straight out from your body. It also works your shoulder and arm muscles. You need to focus and use your strength to do it correctly.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart, about as wide as your shoulders. Hold the ball right in front of your chest.
  2. 2Push your arms straight out in front of you to move the ball away from your chest.
  3. 3Stop for one second, then slowly pull the ball back to your chest.
  4. 4Do this movement again for as many times as you need.
