Medicine Ball Chest Push From 3 Point Stance

This is a fast-moving exercise for your chest muscles that also works your shoulders and arms. You start in a crouch, stretch out into a straight plank, lower your chest to the floor, and then push the ball hard away from you.

How to Perform

  1. 1Crouch down with one hand on the medicine ball and the other hand flat on the floor.
  2. 2Straighten your legs back so your body forms a flat line.
  3. 3Bend your arms to lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your back straight.
  4. 4Push the medicine ball hard away from you until your arm is fully straight.
  5. 5Go back to the starting position and do it again.
