Lever Seated Fly

This is a machine exercise that works your chest muscles. You sit down and push the handles together in front of your chest.

How to Perform

  1. 1Adjust the seat height so it fits you, then sit with your back flat against the pad.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing away from you and keep your elbows slightly bent.
  3. 3Breathe out as you push the handles forward until they meet in front of your chest.
  4. 4Stop for a second and squeeze your chest muscles.
  5. 5Breathe in and slowly go back to where you started, letting your chest muscles stretch.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
