Lever Seated Crunch V. 2

This exercise uses a lever machine to make your tummy muscles stronger. It works your abs and also helps the muscles in your sides and hips. You sit on the machine and curl your body forward against the weight to build a strong core.

Lever Seated Crunch V. 2 demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the machine with your back resting against the pad and tuck your feet under the foot pads.
  2. 2Hold onto the handles or the sides of the seat to keep yourself steady.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles and slowly curl your chest forward toward your knees.
  4. 4Stop for a second when you are curled forward and squeeze your tummy muscles hard.
  5. 5Slowly move back to where you started, letting your back curve just a little bit.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
