Lever Seated Crunch

This is a tummy exercise done on a machine. It works your abs and side muscles. You bend your body forward against the machine's weight to make your middle strong.

Lever Seated Crunch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the machine with your back against the pad. Keep your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the handles or put your hands on the side pads to steady yourself.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles and slowly lean back. Let the pad move with you.
  4. 4When you are leaning back at a 45-degree angle, squeeze your tummy and crunch forward. Move your chest toward your knees.
  5. 5Stop for a second when you are crunched forward. Then, slowly go back to where you started.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
