Lever Reverse T-bar Row

This is a machine exercise for your upper back. You sit down and pull weighted handles toward your chest. It works your back muscles by making you squeeze your shoulder blades together.

Lever Reverse T-bar Row demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Fix the seat and foot rest so they fit your body.
  2. 2Sit down with your chest pressing flat against the pad and feet firm on the platform.
  3. 3Hold the handles with your palms facing down, hands a bit wider than your shoulders.
  4. 4Keep your back straight and tighten your stomach muscles.
  5. 5Pull the handles in until they reach your chest, pinching your shoulder blades together.
  6. 6Hold still for a second at the top, then slowly straighten your arms back out.
  7. 7Do this again for the number of times you want.
