Lever Reverse Grip Vertical Row

This is a machine exercise that builds strength in your upper back. It also works your arm muscles because you hold the handles with your palms facing up. You sit on the seat and pull the handles toward your body while squeezing your shoulder blades together.

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and footrest so they fit your body correctly.
  2. 2Sit down with your chest pressing against the pad and your feet flat on the platform.
  3. 3Hold the handles with your palms facing up towards the ceiling.
  4. 4Sit up tall and tighten your stomach muscles.
  5. 5Pull the handles all the way to your chest and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  6. 6Hold still for a second, then slowly let your arms straighten back out.
  7. 7Do this again for the number of times you need.
