Lever Reverse Grip Lateral Pulldown

This machine exercise strengthens your back muscles (lats). You hold the handles with your palms facing you (underhand grip). It also works your arms and shoulders. The machine is safe and easy for almost anyone to use.

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat height so your knees fit tightly under the pads. Keep your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing toward you. Your hands should be a little wider than your shoulders.
  3. 3Sit up straight with your chest pushed out and your shoulders back. Keep a small curve in your lower back.
  4. 4Pull the handles down to your chest. Move your elbows down and squeeze your shoulder blades together.
  5. 5Stop for a moment at the bottom, then slowly let the handles go back up to the start.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
