Lever Pullover

This machine exercise works your back muscles, which are known as lats. It also uses your arms and shoulders. You sit on the seat, hold the handles, and pull them down to your chest in a smooth motion.

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and handles until they fit your body comfortably.
  2. 2Sit down with your back flat against the pad and hold the handles with your palms facing away.
  3. 3Keep your elbows slightly bent and tighten your stomach muscles.
  4. 4Slowly pull the handles down to your chest while squeezing your back muscles.
  5. 5Stop for a moment when the handles are at your chest, then slowly let them go back up.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
