Lever Preacher Curl V. 2

This is a machine exercise for your biceps. You sit down and rest your arms on a pad. Then, you lift the handles up and down to work your arm muscles.

Lever Preacher Curl V. 2 demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height so your chest touches the pad and your armpits rest comfortably over the top.
  2. 2Hold the handles with your palms facing up, hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  3. 3Keep your upper arms still on the pad and pull the handles toward your shoulders.
  4. 4Hold firmly for a second at the top to squeeze your muscles.
  5. 5Slowly lower the handles back down until your arms are straight.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as needed.
