Lever One Arm Lateral Wide Pulldown

This machine exercise works your back muscles. You use one arm at a time to make each side of your body stronger.

Lever One Arm Lateral Wide Pulldown demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Fix the seat height so it fits you. Sit with your chest touching the pad and your feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold the handle with your palm facing away. Reach your arm up high, but keep a small bend in your elbow.
  3. 3Pull the handle down towards your other hip. Squeeze your back muscle when your hand is at the bottom.
  4. 4Slowly let the handle go back up until your arm is reached out again.
  5. 5Do this for the number of times you want, then switch to the other arm.
