Lever Narrow Grip Seated Row

This machine exercise works your upper back and your arms. You sit down and pull the handles toward your body. As you pull, you focus on squeezing your shoulder blades together.

Lever Narrow Grip Seated Row demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and foot pads so they fit you well.
  2. 2Sit on the machine with your feet flat and your knees bent a little bit.
  3. 3Hold the handles close together with your hands facing each other.
  4. 4Keep your back straight and lean forward just a little.
  5. 5Pull the handles to your body and squeeze your shoulder blades.
  6. 6Stop for a second when the handles are close to you.
  7. 7Slowly let the handles go back to the start.
  8. 8Do this again for as many times as you need.
