Lever Lying Two-one Leg Curl

This exercise uses a machine to work the muscles on the back of your thighs. You lie on your stomach and bend your legs to bring your heels toward your bottom. It focuses on one leg at a time to make your muscles work harder.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set up the machine to fit you, then sit down with your back touching the pad.
  2. 2Put your legs on the padded lever so it rests just above your ankles.
  3. 3Hold the handles on the sides to help you stay steady.
  4. 4Keep your body still, breathe out, and bend your knees to pull your legs back toward your bottom.
  5. 5Stop for a second at the top, then breathe in and slowly lower your legs back to where you started.
  6. 6Do this for as many repetitions as you need.
