Lever Leg Extension

This exercise uses a machine to make the front of your thigh muscles stronger. You straighten your knees to push a weight up, then slowly lower it back down.

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and back support so the machine fits your body size.
  2. 2Sit down with your back flat against the seat and place your lower legs against the padded bar.
  3. 3Hold onto the side handles to keep your body steady.
  4. 4Straighten your knees to push the weight forward and up.
  5. 5Stop for a short moment at the top, then slowly bring the weight back down.
  6. 6Do this as many times as your workout plan tells you to.
