Lever Incline Chest Press V. 2

This machine exercise builds your chest muscles. It also works your shoulders and the back of your arms. You sit down and push the handles away from your body, moving just like an incline bench press.

Lever Incline Chest Press V. 2 demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Move the seat and backrest until they feel comfortable for you.
  2. 2Sit with your back flat against the pad and keep your feet flat on the floor.
  3. 3Hold the handles with your palms facing forward. Keep your hands a little wider than your shoulders.
  4. 4Push the handles away until your arms are straight, but do not lock your elbows.
  5. 5Wait for a second when your arms are straight. Then, slowly lower the handles back to your chest.
  6. 6Do this again for the number of times you want.
