Lever Chest Press

This machine exercise works your chest muscles. It also helps your arms and shoulders a little bit. The machine guides your movement to keep you safe and steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Set the seat height to fit you. Sit on the machine with your back flat against the pad.
  2. 2Grab the handles with your palms facing forward. Keep your elbows bent like the corner of a square.
  3. 3Push the handles forward until your arms are straight. Breathe out while you push.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment. Then, slowly go back to where you started. Breathe in as you go back.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
