Wheel Rollout

This is a hard exercise for your tummy muscles that also uses your lower back. You need to be very strong and careful to do it safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get on your knees. Put the wheel on the floor in front of you.
  2. 2Hold the handles. Keep your arms straight out in front of you.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles. Slowly roll the wheel forward. Keep your back straight.
  4. 4Keep rolling forward until your body is stretched out and your arms are above your head.
  5. 5Stop for a second. Slowly roll the wheel back to your knees. Keep your tummy tight the whole time.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
