Weighted Standing Hand Squeeze demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up with your feet apart and hold a weight in each hand.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight out in front of you so your palms face each other.
  3. 3Squeeze your hands tightly as hard as you can to flex your forearms.
  4. 4Keep squeezing for a few seconds, then relax your hands.
  5. 5Repeat this for the number of times listed in your workout.
