Weighted Decline Sit-up

This is a tummy exercise done on a slanted bench while using extra weight. It works your abs, hips, and lower back. Because of the slant and the added weight, this move is harder than a normal sit-up and needs strong core muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie down on the slanted bench and hook your feet under the pads to stay in place.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head or cross them over your chest.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles and slowly sit up until your body is straight up.
  4. 4Stop for a short moment at the top, then slowly lower your body back down to where you started.
  5. 5Do this movement as many times as you want.
