How to Perform

  1. 1Set the machine to how hard and steep you want it.
  2. 2Step on the pedals and hold the handles gently.
  3. 3Push down with your feet and pull the handles toward you to start.
  4. 4Keep pushing and pulling so your arms and legs move together like you are running.
  5. 5Keep a steady speed and tighten your tummy muscles.
  6. 6Keep going for as long as you want to exercise.
  7. 7Slow down the machine little by little before you get off.
