Two Toe Touch (male)

This is a bodyweight exercise that works your back, legs, and bottom. You bend forward to touch your toes. This helps the back of your body stretch and move better.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up with your feet apart, matching your shoulders. Put your arms straight out to your sides.
  2. 2Bend forward at your waist. Keep your back flat and your knees bent just a little bit.
  3. 3Reach down to your toes with both hands. Keep your legs straight while you do this.
  4. 4Stop for a short time at the bottom. Then, slowly stand back up to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you want.
