This simple bodyweight exercise uses your whole body to get your heart beating faster. It works your shoulders and tummy muscles. You keep your arms straight and swing them in a big circle while turning your upper body. This helps you move smoothly and improves your coordination.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart and your knees bent just a little bit.
  2. 2Reach your arms straight out in front of you.
  3. 3Tighten your stomach muscles. Swing your arms in a big circle and twist your upper body at the same time.
  4. 4Keep swinging your arms and twisting your body in a circle for as many times as you need.
  5. 5Don't forget to breathe while you move.
