Star Jump (male)

The star jump is a jumping exercise that makes your heart beat faster. You jump up high and stretch your arms and legs wide to look like a star. It strengthens your heart and your leg muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart as wide as your shoulders and your arms down by your sides.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little bit and then jump up very fast and high.
  3. 3While you are in the air, open your legs wide and reach your arms out to the sides to make a star shape.
  4. 4Land gently on the front part of your feet with your knees bent a little to stay safe.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need to.
