Standing Wheel Rollerout

This is a very hard exercise for your tummy muscles. It also uses your back and shoulders. You need to be strong and have good balance to do it safely.

Standing Wheel Rollerout demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall. Place your feet shoulder-width apart. Put the wheel on the floor in front of you.
  2. 2Bend over at your waist. Slowly push the wheel forward. Keep your back straight and your tummy tight.
  3. 3Keep rolling forward until your body is stretched out. Stop when you feel a stretch in your tummy.
  4. 4Wait for one second. Slowly pull the wheel back to your feet and stand up again.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you need to.
