Skater Hops

Skater hops are a side-to-side jumping movement that works your heart and your leg muscles. You move just like an ice skater, which helps you get better at balancing and moving quickly.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart, as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little, then jump to the right and land on your right foot.
  3. 3As you land, swing your left leg behind you and tap your left toes on the floor.
  4. 4Now, jump to the left and land on your left foot.
  5. 5As you land, swing your right leg behind you and tap your right toes on the floor.
  6. 6Keep switching sides, jumping and tapping one foot behind the other.
  7. 7Keep going for as many times as you need.
