How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Stick your arms straight out to your sides.
  2. 2Bend your waist to the right side. Reach your right hand down toward your right foot while keeping your left arm sticking out.
  3. 3Stand back up to the start. Now, bend to the left side and reach your left hand toward your left foot while keeping your right arm sticking out.
  4. 4Keep bending from side to side for the number of times you want.
