How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet about as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Lower yourself halfway down, as if sitting in a shallow chair.
  3. 3Leap up quickly and forcefully, swinging your arms to help you go higher.
  4. 4Land gently on the front part of your feet and go right back into the shallow squat.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
