How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet slightly apart.
  2. 2Tighten your stomach muscles and keep your upper body loose.
  3. 3Start jogging right where you are. Lift your knees up high and land softly on the front part of your feet.
  4. 4Keep going at a steady speed for as long as you want.
  5. 5Remember to take big breaths and stand tall the whole time.
