Run

Running is a great exercise for your heart. You can jog in one spot or run a distance. It makes your heart stronger and uses the muscles in your legs.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet a little bit apart.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles but keep your upper body loose.
  3. 3Start jogging right where you are. Lift your knees up high and land gently on the front of your feet.
  4. 4Keep moving at the same speed. Run for as long or as far as you planned.
  5. 5Take big, deep breaths and keep your back straight the whole time.
