This exercise works your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arms. You sit with straight legs, hold a roller, and lift your arms up and down in a smooth motion.

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit on the floor with your legs straight out.
  2. 2Hold the roller with both hands, palms down, and rest it on your legs.
  3. 3Lean back a little bit and tighten your stomach muscles.
  4. 4Lift the roller up until it is at shoulder height, keeping your arms straight.
  5. 5Slowly lower the roller back down to your legs.
  6. 6Repeat this for the number of times you want.
