Roller Body Saw

The roller body saw is a tough tummy exercise. You use a foam roller to move your body back and forth while holding a plank. This moves your arms and makes your tummy, shoulders, and arms work hard to keep you steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a plank position with your elbows and forearms resting on the foam roller. Keep your body in a straight line.
  2. 2Tighten your tummy muscles. Slowly push the roller forward with your arms to stretch your body out. Only go as far as you can without losing control.
  3. 3Stop for a second when you have reached as far as you can go.
  4. 4Slowly pull the roller back to where you started.
  5. 5Do this again for as many times as you need.
