Push To Run

This exercise mixes a push-up with running in place while on your hands. It works your upper body and makes your heart beat faster.

How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a push-up position with your hands apart and body straight.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to lower your chest toward the floor.
  3. 3Push the floor away to straighten your arms again.
  4. 4Pull one knee fast toward your chest, then quickly switch legs.
  5. 5Keep switching knees as fast as you can without losing your shape.
  6. 6Repeat this for your set time or number of turns.
