Plyo Push Up

This is a powerful bodyweight exercise that builds strong chest muscles while working your arms, shoulders, and core. You have to push off the floor so hard that your hands fly up in the air. It helps you build power, strength, and coordination.

How to Perform

  1. 1Start on your hands and toes with your body straight. Put your hands a bit wider than your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to bring your chest down to the floor. Keep your body in a straight line.
  3. 3Push up super fast and hard so your hands lift off the floor.
  4. 4Land softly with your hands back where they started.
  5. 5Repeat this for as many times as you want.
