One Arm Against Wall

Stand in front of a wall and put one hand flat against it. Keep your arm straight and push into the wall to work your back and shoulder muscles.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand in front of a wall with your feet apart.
  2. 2Reach one arm straight out and put your palm flat on the wall.
  3. 3Tighten your stomach muscles and lean forward a little. Keep your back flat and your arm straight.
  4. 4Slowly push your hand against the wall to make your back muscles work.
  5. 5Hold this push for a few seconds, then let go and do the same with the other arm.
