Oblique Crunches Floor

Floor oblique crunches are a bodyweight exercise that strengthens your stomach muscles, focusing on the sides of your waist. You do them by lying on your back and twisting your upper body as you lift up.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and your feet resting flat on the ground.
  2. 2Put your hands gently behind your head or cross them over your chest.
  3. 3Tighten your stomach muscles and lift your shoulders off the floor while turning your body to one side.
  4. 4Hold this position for a second, then slowly lower your shoulders back to the ground.
  5. 5Do the same movement to the other side, switching sides for each turn.
