This is a simple stretch for the side of your neck. It helps loosen tight muscles. You can do it while standing or sitting.

Neck Side Stretch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Sit or stand tall with your shoulders loose.
  2. 2Slowly tilt your head so your ear moves toward your shoulder.
  3. 3Stay in this position for 15 to 30 seconds.
  4. 4Do the same thing on the other side.
  5. 5Repeat this 2 to 4 times for each side.
