How to Perform

  1. 1Get into a standard push-up position with your hands a bit wider than your shoulders and your feet slightly apart.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to lower your body toward the floor, keeping your stomach muscles tight.
  3. 3As you go down, push your weight backward and lift your hips high, making an upside-down V shape.
  4. 4Keep lowering yourself until your chest is almost touching the floor.
  5. 5Push your hips back down and straighten your arms to return to the starting position.
