Knee Touch Crunch

This is a bodyweight exercise that strengthens your stomach and hip muscles. To do it, you sit up slightly and reach one hand across your body to touch the opposite knee.

Knee Touch Crunch demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Put your hands behind your head and point your elbows out to the sides.
  3. 3Tighten your tummy muscles and lift your upper back off the ground. Reach your right hand to your left knee.
  4. 4Lie back down to the start. Now do the same thing, but reach your left hand to your right knee.
  5. 5Keep switching sides until you finish your set.
