Kettlebell Two Arm Clean

This is a fast exercise that works your shoulder, trap, and arm muscles. You need to be strong and move carefully to lift the kettlebell from the floor to your chest.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold the kettlebell in front of your legs with both hands. Your palms should face you.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little. Lean forward at your hips to lower the weight to the floor.
  3. 3Straighten your legs and hips very fast. Use that power to pull the weight up to your shoulders.
  4. 4When the weight is as high as your shoulders, turn your wrists. Catch the kettlebell near your chest with your elbows tucked in. The weight should rest on the back of your forearms.
  5. 5Lower the weight back down to where you started. Repeat this for the number of times you want.
