Kettlebell Seesaw Press

This is a shoulder exercise where you lift two kettlebells. You push one weight up while the other comes down, moving your arms back and forth like a seesaw to build strength and balance.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold a kettlebell in each hand at your shoulder level.
  2. 2Push one kettlebell straight up over your head. Keep the other one at your shoulder.
  3. 3As you bring the top weight down, push the other weight up at the exact same time.
  4. 4Keep switching arms smoothly so one goes up while the other comes down.
  5. 5Repeat this motion for the correct number of times.
