Kettlebell One Arm Push Press

This exercise works your shoulder, arm, and stomach muscles. You hold a kettlebell in one hand and push it straight up over your head. You use a small jump with your legs to help push the heavy weight up.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold the kettlebell in one hand right by your shoulder.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little bit and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Push the weight straight up while straightening your legs and arm at the same time.
  4. 4Bring the kettlebell back down to your shoulder while bending your knees again.
  5. 5Do this for as many reps as you want, then switch to the other hand.
