Kettlebell One Arm Clean And Jerk demonstration

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet as wide as your shoulders. Hold the kettlebell in one hand with your palm facing you.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little and push your hips back to lower the kettlebell between your legs.
  3. 3Quickly straighten your hips and legs to swing the weight up to your shoulder.
  4. 4As the weight gets to your shoulder, turn your wrist and punch your hand straight up until your arm is fully straight.
  5. 5Lower the kettlebell back down to where you started and do it again.
