Kettlebell Extended Range One Arm Press On Floor

This is a chest exercise you do with one arm while lying on the floor. It strengthens your chest, arm muscles, and shoulders. You need to use control and balance to push the kettlebell up and down safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back on the floor. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the ground.
  2. 2Hold a kettlebell in one hand. Make sure your palm faces your feet.
  3. 3Push your arm straight up toward the ceiling. Lock your elbow and keep your wrist straight.
  4. 4Slowly lower the kettlebell back down until your arm is in the starting position. Stay in control the whole time.
  5. 5Do this for the number of times you want, then switch to the other arm.
