Kettlebell Double Push Press

This exercise works your shoulders. It uses a strong push from your legs to help move two kettlebells high above your head. You need to be strong and careful to do it the right way.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart. Hold a kettlebell in each hand at the level of your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees just a little bit and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Push up fast with your legs and feet to help send the kettlebells up high.
  4. 4Push the weights all the way up until your arms are straight above you.
  5. 5Bring the weights back down carefully to your shoulders by bending your elbows.
  6. 6Do this again for as many times as you need.
