Kettlebell Double Jerk

This exercise uses two kettlebells. You hold them at your shoulders and push them over your head. You must use strength from your legs and your upper body to move the weights up quickly and safely.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold a kettlebell in each hand near your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little bit and tighten your stomach muscles.
  3. 3Push the kettlebells up until your arms are all the way straight.
  4. 4Bend your knees again quickly to lower yourself into a small squat.
  5. 5Straighten your hips and knees very fast to push the weights up.
  6. 6Keep your arms straight and hold the weights up while your knees are slightly bent.
  7. 7Stand up tall to finish the movement.
  8. 8Do this again for the number of times you want.
