Kettlebell Bent Press

This is a hard exercise that works your tummy muscles, shoulders, and arms. You need to be strong and have good balance to do it the right way.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart like your shoulders and hold the kettlebell in your right hand.
  2. 2Bend your knees a little bit and push the kettlebell straight up with your right arm until your elbow is straight.
  3. 3Turn your upper body to the left and put most of your weight on your left foot.
  4. 4Bend your left knee and lower your body down toward the floor while keeping your right arm reaching straight up.
  5. 5Look at the kettlebell and keep your chest up while you go down.
  6. 6When your left hand touches the floor, push off your left foot to straighten your leg and push your hips forward.
  7. 7As your hips move forward, use your tummy muscles and right arm to push the weight back to where you started.
  8. 8Do this for the number of times you want, then switch to the other hand.
