Kettlebell Alternating Press On Floor

This is a chest exercise you do while lying on the floor. You push heavy weights called kettlebells up and down, one arm at a time. It makes your chest, shoulders, and the back of your arms stronger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2Hold a kettlebell in each hand. Stretch your arms straight up so your palms face your toes.
  3. 3Lower one weight down to your shoulder while keeping the other arm straight up.
  4. 4Push the low weight back up. At the exact same time, lower the other weight down to your shoulder.
  5. 5Keep switching arms like this without stopping until you are done.
