Kettlebell Alternating Press

This shoulder exercise uses two kettlebells. You push one weight up at a time while switching arms. It builds strong shoulders and helps your arms and tummy stay steady.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand tall with your feet apart and hold a kettlebell by each shoulder.
  2. 2Push one kettlebell straight up until your arm is completely straight.
  3. 3Slowly bring that kettlebell back down to your shoulder.
  4. 4Immediately do the same thing with your other arm.
  5. 5Keep switching arms for as many times as you need.
